The Addictions department, also known as the National Addictions Centre, is one of the most productive and well-respected addictions research groups in Europe. Its research has an impact on prevention, treatment and policy in the UK and throughout the world.

Study opportunities include master’s courses in Addiction Studies, and International Addiction Studies (via distance learning), as well as PhD/MPhil/MDRes degrees.
